Dr. Hardas has 25 years of experience in breast imaging and breast interventions. She currently holds the position of Senior Consultant and In-Charge Breast Imaging, Ruby Hall Clinic, and Grant Medical Foundation, PUNE (MS)

She completed her MD (1991) from Pune University.

She has given multiple talks at national and international forums, with her areas of interest being breast imaging, DBT, USG, MRI, and All Interventions.

She has a plethora of notable achievements like being the Ex-Governing Council Member—BISI, Ex Advisory and Current Executive Committee Member, IRIA Pune Chapter, conducting many breast imaging conferences and CMEs and breast cancer awareness programs, and has been a DNB Teacher since 2005.
