At Ruby Hall Clinic, our Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department provides round-the-clock, world-class emergency care to over 20,000 adult and paediatric patients annually. We are committed to delivering prompt, safe, and effective treatment with a holistic and patient-centric approach. We have also been accredited as an Advanced Stroke Centre as per NABH & QAI.

Our A&E department is a state-of-the-art 15-bedded unit, equipped with specialised electric beds, high-end multipara monitors, and advanced medical technology. The unit includes:
A dedicated ambulance bay
A well-structured triage area
Red, Yellow, and Green zone patient areas
A dedicated resuscitation and procedure room
A separate isolation room
A medicine preparation area
We maintain a 24×7 presence of qualified Emergency Physicians and skilled nursing staff, supported by on-site diagnostics (lab and radiology), and round-the-clock access to multidisciplinary specialists. Emergency procedures are facilitated by fully operational Cath Labs and Operation Theatres available at any time of the day.
